The consolidation does even dilute. It just changes the number of shares you own but does not dilute your % of ownership. The last consolidation that most were negative about is creating the opportunity today where there are not many SOI and once in sticky hands they will be even harder to come by.
Now imagine some FDA news on top of that.
The consolidation also helps create an image among US funds that we are no longer a “penny stock”. This perception is important.
