I think if we get a takeover offer it may be put to a vote. Do we sell or do we try and go It alone? It may come down to a shareholder vote.

Personally I would be happy to sell although if we could go it alone with the required capital that would be ok as well.

Our TAVR Dr’s do thousands of TAVR operations a year and are a ready made market for our device. However, it would mean a lot more capital and know what a grind that can be. But if we could actually do a tissue licence deal that provided income that would be ideal.

However, I would be seriously surprised if we are not owned by someone else by Xmas 2022 or earlier.

First things first though, let’s get this TAVR into humans and see what happens. (EFS submission, potential Breakthrough device designation, EFS approval, trial recruitment with a potential centre in Brisbane, commencement of trial and initial results - all to look forward to).
