At still under $50m market cap I disclaim that myself and a few of my group are still purchasing with a $200m marketcap in mind for this year. Ambitious YES but we feel this is fairly undervalued Company for what they have and we definitely know these sort of Companies can rapidly rise on the back of positive sentiment - a previously unloved company finally turning the corner.
More than ever the access access to money is now derisked with the Mercer deal

In particular I'm loving this tight register - any excellent news can/will really attract the market in my opinion. Remember the huge space AVR is working under, serious goosebumps!
I dutifully also note the Computer BOT is on duty during the day keeping in check after any relatively big purchase.

Okay time for a bit of weekend speculation shareholders!

I have been through the last quarterly as attached:

I then went through the MST Report and yeah $23 sounds pretty good at this stage (3 bags from here) but I'm not too worried about that number at this stage - that will take care of itself in due time we shareholders hope!
What we do know is that the report is NOT independent however front management has no doubt given the green light for the report to be published.

So.... In light of this can someone please explain why they have put $56,500,000 coming into coffers highlighted below as "Other Income"!

Please correct me if I am wrong but I don't believe this is JUST the Mercer Credit Raise but I am speculating from the above quarterly that front office may be close to making a ground breaking announcement - hello licencing revenue with upfront payment with someone big?

Is this possibly why Instinet Nomura has been buying on market the last 2 month to the tune of nearly $250,000
Or how about Broker firms Morgans, Morrison and Bell Potter to the tune of nearly $100,000 net

Not money to be coughed at in my opinion for a med Company under $50m market cap. Big brokers won't look at sub $50m market cap companies to buy

Very very interesting where there is smoke there is ....

Like I said, some weekend speculation or is it dreaming!

Thanks for that post CPA. It has prompted me to have a bit of a closer look at the MST report.
I do like this concept -
"Our model assumes a deal is achieved upon approval by the FDA to commence first in human TAVR trials of the
DurAVR™ valve in CY21, based on an upfront payment of US$40m, 15% royalty rate on sales of the DurAVR™ valve and
TAVR delivery system as a kit. We use a probability of success of 32%"

I would think that AVR management may have had some input into that assumption and it does mean that the company retains the option to develop further products.

Unless I am not looking in the right place I don't think the cash flow forecast takes into account any funds raised from conversion of options. Just the listed oppies should add approx $19m to the coffers by December 2021 so there should not be a great need to access a lot of further funding from the Mercer deal.
