How is it that ATC who have only 28 of 55 customers connected and currently doing around 8 to 9 mill minutes a month expect to accomodate FNT which requires 30 mill minutes a month.
If they have the capacity to carry the FNT load why arnt the rest of the customers connected. Why even contemplate the FNT deal if you cant even connect all your existing customers.
Announcements talk about small capex and opex to connect more customers. So WHAT is the problem to connect all existing customers if you have money in the bank.
