What will interest me immensely when the annual financial statements get released is just how much was paid to directors and related entites.
To put it into perspective, look at the dollar value and then work out how many more new shares were issued in those never ending placements just to pay those fees.
Why arnt the founding Advantel Hong Kong shareholders on the board. Id rather the company pay them director fees - at least they have telco experience. Why are directors of a former mining company still on the board.
