re: FNT fiasco/ Grant62 Dear Grant there is no doubting your industry knowledge and that you are well connected and that you have seen many similar plans go astray but here things are a little different.
There are several factors which dont make sense ATC were not going places
1 Would the directors put their own money in.
2 Would Paul Bittles join a sinking ship especially with
his background and reputation, so he obvoiusly sees
the potential
3 Revenues have gone up every month and new
customers connected which does take time to sort
out all those small bugs/ hence delay in receiving
some of those projected figures
4 Have now a substantial U.S. presence which will bring
them more revenue and the American Kudos
5 FNT will bring them a lot of benefits and synergies
and I believe radically re-rate them.
6 John Mittens on the board is no small feat and his
presence is something we all underestimate. A man
with his buisness background and success is hard to
come by and its only through soemone like Mark the
CEO of ATC that he was able to lure him to ATC.
7 And finally on Mark Stewart an absolute Genius and
highly skilled and connected man who in time will be
seen to be the architect of the rapid and sound
success of this company. God bless Mark
I believe that they must be doing some amazing things and to do in this climate where telcos are not in favour is nothing short of amazing. I think they will close the FNT deal they have carried it too long and everyone wants to see it finalized for a variety of matters I would say. Being a psychiatrist by trade and studying the announcements I would be quite shocked to see this not go thru because if it couldnt be done they would have aluded to it.
I also believ this stock to be undervalued for the revenues achieved thus far and Grant you would agree on that.
So all that is left to say is wait and the action should be about to commence or at least by what they last reported.Sounds encouraging to me especially with the $US 1.0mil already achieved and US licence.
