It is clear that action is afoot. I believe todays announcement is the prelude to something more significant. Why is it that with all the doom and gloom the "insiders" are not selling? Why are directors (Mittens & Stewart) putting their "hard-earned" into this thing, especially at this point in time?
Like any corporate manouvre, it takes time!! Most of these deals are not simple. They require a lot of negotiating and generally a bit of to-ing and fro-ing. However, when it comes off it will be very special.
