Newcrest bought Lihir over a year ago for Approx 9 Billion...

Gold has risen nearly 50% since then.

If fnt was to replicate Lihir they would be valued at over $32 per share :) for a market cap of around $9 - $10 Billion.

Thats with gold price being around 50% down from where we are now.

So the question is what would Lihir be worth now if they were still here??

$13+ Billion??
