I guess it depends on what they define independent directors are? Honestly I don't know, but I want this new set of directors to "build value" for us. The previous directors were not doing that and needed to go. If they can no one will be complaining. The alternative I guess is nominate for the board.
As for raising funds, I dont know if private companies have any more luck raising funds needed? The wheel will turn and junior explorers will become vogue again at some point. Till then we work with what we can and hopefully create interest with good assay results.
