had the first smaller project reached FNTP last March before the regulatory changes, then the next raise would have been at 10 cents
and issued capital half whAt it is now….. and so what if 4 years down road the revenue fell away as result of subsequent changes….
unleveraged Double digit returns for couple of years… lower gas prices…we would all be happy…
so let’s hope GB that SHills and next 340 MW make up for the past…. Hats off if they succeed… am sure they will…
