As I recall it, Ross told in a webinar in Sept/Oct that a CR was coming before FNTP. He was, however, vague about it, how it would be structured etc. So quite frankly there was an relative open communication.
The question now is will debt suppliers in form of Akira be willing after theirs due diligance procederes to support our company. That will be indeed telling: at this point for us retail mice unfortunately a possible binary Event. We, I am at least, are not in the know.
