Re HIG's chances of being included in the ASX200, I suggest you have a read of an excellent post by christianp who recently researched PSA's chances of being added to the same index.
With HIG now deciding to raise $15m through the SPP, at 38cps that means 40 million new shares and 418 million in total. At Tuesday's close of 53c HIG's mkt cap is $221m, there are other contenders around this level so I think HIG will have to rise at least another 20% and even then S&P may wait until later in the year to see if HIG holds that level.
