Once the directors starts running the company again and stops trying to manipulate the P & L for bonus shares the company will be fine. Unfortunately for the short term it looks like shareholders will have there shareholding diluted. Hopefully after this occurs they can go back to building the base as there is a chance this company can really grow around malta.
