As expected a nice pullback in line with yesterdays 50 million traded . VWAP 7.1c today and last at 7c ....next time we break through 7c it will be all on and i would expect this to happen today.
Interesting to note that FML rose close to 10c in March 2011 when gold was around $1400.00 /ounce- now we are around $1900- share price is 7c so i would expect a rally towards 10c this month
My reasons are predominantly based on global economic concerns with the CEB and general economic downturn- perhaps gold standard may be on the cards- worked well for 100 years until 1930,s...means that the governments cant openly uses cash to pump up the economy which is why we have this problem in the first place-
too much leverage
no real GDP growth
China market weak
Global manufacturing weak
eUROPE overnight took a toll on Chinas markets and now for the US
Right now gold is the only safe investment imo- Cnbc news were talking about GOLD companies this morning in that they are undervalued in terms of Physical gold and that these 100% gold stocks will need to rally going forward as they will be one of the few sectors generating massive cashflows...as gold continues to climb. Ive got FML post takeover at 15c per share minimum
