so:
you're implying - as is the mentioned article - that CRE needs FML's cash to drive exploration and in turn is prepared to recommend to it's SH to let go of their assets at an "implied" premium to current SP and an "implied" loss to valuation
and DB happens to hold a 19% stake in CRE - I thought that actually was 29% according to their last notice to CRE as of 9 june
