focus minerals reserve upgrades

lol, since they won't do it, i am making my own announcement.

i have just gathered this from the quarterlies, if i am wrong, apologise as it was a quick calc.Of course, check out the data yourself.

This is nothing that hasn't been given to the market before as announcements, however, back to my earlier point, given how great this information is, does anybody think they should make some rolling announcements specifically with this information clear and available to the public without having to work it all out yourself? i am happy to work it out, but i feel lots of people just like it presented in an easy to read format.

Focus Minerals increases reserves by 72,800oz in 9 months (nett of depletions). In total, focus added 128,553K oz to it's reserves before production. Focus is converting resources to reserves at the rate of 1.3oz for every ounce produced (30% rolling average improvement). Already, Focus has a total of 229,800 oz of reserves (enough for approx 3 years production), and is increasing the reserve base at rate of 30% over and above production.

Jan-10 to Mar-10 added 57,393oz to reserves (~$74M Rev)
Apr-10 to Jun-10 added 33,960oz to reserves (~$44M Rev)
Jul-10 to Sep-10 added 37,200oz to reserves (~$48M Rev)
Sep-10 Reserves on Hand 229,800oz

So, in 9 months, Focus has added a total of 128,553Oz in reserves, net depletions of 55,753Oz for a total reserve increase of 72,800z (circa $94M Rev @ $1300).

That's right, reserve increases are significantly out-pacing production in 2010.
