Now it doesn't matter whether they get 90% or not. They will have board control, with at least 75% of CRE.
Better to be able to acquire lock, stock and barrel, but this is also better than getting into a bidding war with Stone.
Wouldn't want to be a CRE holder who doesn't accept!
Also means that all acceptances should now (or very quickly) be converted into FML shares.
