with what I have read so far and knowing that VPG is still going to be "alive", I take comfort in strongly considering taking a small position on this. I am pretty sure a greater majority of people here who had a position in VPG have entertained that thought that VPG might go belly up or might just declare bankcruptcy one way or another BUT still bought the stock knowing that the risks are great (to the extent one might lose all his/her money on this stock). Personally, I don't have this stock because I was chicken to put money on a company that might go belly up so i opted to wait for their report before deciding on what to do. I am not saying this is going to 1 dollar or 50 cents but they way i look at it, the sp should be better than 3.2 cents IMHO.
