I don't believe Discovery should wait for the copper price to improve before starting an underground operation, should the finance become available, remember it can take twelve to eighteen months to have a mine with everything in place before ore can be brought to the surface and metal recovered. High grade or I should higher grade than the open pit would make for a more profitable business.
