    If the Announcement is good and should there be many sellers, then there is an opportunity for those wanting NAL for the 2 listings to come.

    Should the Announcement be what we hope for then I doubt there will be sellers: the market has kept the price under control fearing a backlash up till now.

    A good Announcement can now be used to let prices rise.
