Jazza. We actually weren't promised 60million options exactly (perhaps privately some were). In ASX announcemnts we were promised 100m, at 3 cents, with the ratio between shareholders yet to be announced.
I think it would be easier for them to honour the options with a poor ratio for option holders and favourable to share holders, once all the aquiring has been done, than to risk messy legal issues.
I always thought they would make good on them, as if they did not want to, they had ample oportunity to issue when the share price was low enough that they would not have been taken up.
I would certainly be chasing it up if it is necessary. But I am optimistic, as I have no firm reason not to be (yet).
