the argument that the jv consists of more parties to satisify, is not my concern.

My concern is that the original oppies died a death, due to lack of disclosure, re-con court case, wild media speculation that then encircled it like sharks, and then lengthy suspension, and and the company has a moral obligation to follow through with the resurections.
