Yes SINO is buying us up dirt cheap, they paid $6 for MIS over a year ago and they are even more desperate for MMX because it has the infastructure and they need it to go with MIS, l bet if SINO was forced to pay $6 for MMX they pay that much instead they are getting it for almost nothing.
