imho, the first thing is for the company to disclose what the problems are.

Don't waste time looking for scapegoats at this point (unless they are involved in arse-covering exercises to hide their mistakes, rather than enthusiastically and humbly trying to rectify them), the focus must be on getting it working properly.

Secondly they should have a plan of rectification, costs and a timetable. Unfortunately, on past history, any timetable would be treated with scepticism.

Nobody on HC will come up with a solution, as we don't know the problem!
