    Auto, do you remember the price we were raising the $54M?

    Compare that to raising $27M at between 62c and 86c?

    I'm confused about this change in dilution? They say we would own more of the company 81% vs 74%? How is that not less dilution?

    Are those who originally voted yes now voting no unnecessarily chucking a tantrum?
