I believe this will end up in Greenland courts. That’s if ETM appeal the GoG decision to reject their ML application within 12 month timeframe. Otherwise they will have no recourse.

While we all wait for this slow process to play out, ETM will soon need to tap the market for more funds. A junior exploration company with zero prospects of developing a mine anytime soon is ongoing to be a hard sell. Will be interesting to see how this unravels.

Ttroy your intention seems to be focus on delaying until the company runs out of funds.
If this is IAs best and most honourable approach you support. Its very suggestive its IAs only real path and if thats the case then IA know they are in serious trouble if ETM pursue this to the end.
