Thats the thing about any company, they don't tell you until they do it or have it. But we all find out at the same time. Why don't you ring the company if you are that concerned, ring with a good attitude and an open mind and hear them out. If you don't like the response then politely tell them so. If you do understand anything about business, then you would understand why they are doing this.

As far as worrying about the share price, I bet you if it doesn't open in the positive, it is 5c by the end of the week and touches 6c by the end of the following week. Have a look at what placements have done for other companys this year.

I am a long term holder, I think I have a lot of shares (not as many as you do though Davo)in this company. If pog stays above AUD$1000 then this company will reward you handsomely over the next 2 years.
