The market hasn't been set alight by this deal, but I'm not too worried. FML has a long history of not being given the benefit of the doubt by the market, yet they continue to make good progress.
In the years I have been following them, they haven't made a mis-step. Maybe that means one is over-due, but unlike the market, I'm willing to give management the benefit of the doubt.
Actually, I wish my other holdings were managed as well.
