Great work and post CW, and thanks for taking the time to give your take on this FML/CRE proposal.
So, in respect to CRE and their current situation, it's a bit like someone who's got a pretty good piece of land overlooking the sea, but hasn't got the necessary funds to develop the ten townhouses he'd like to build....needs the backing and $$$s to realise it's full potential!!
