i am new to hc and a holder of fml.

like you keeping an eye out for new substantial holders, potentially following on from the block trading the other day.

filings show that van eck's junior gold miner etf picked up about 144m shares or about 4.2% [http://www.vaneck.com/funds/GDXJ.aspx]

being below the threshold of 5% it would not appear to require an announcement to the market.

[apologies if this issue has already been covered off elsewhere, still catching up on a lot of fml posts.]

still i see this is as a positive development, putting us into the global mix among of 75 holdings (only about a dozen aussies)
