I'm going to ask this here as you raised it in the OP.
2-3% Royalties - of what? Wholesale price, unit price at point of sale, or as I suspect, of profit after P&G take their operating costs.
The latter often leaves you with not much. However it is impossible to tell without being provide an accurate summary.
I don't care too much what the numbers are (as long as we are getting some revenue) as long as I have accurate information so that calculations of income and worth can be made. I suspect that's part of the issue with the current price, there is no clarity and we can't make an OBJective decision around what the stock is worth.
