no one wants to sell anymore. not sure if this is done by xmas break but the sellers side volume of 2.3mil shares is peanuts. no more dumping happening.
We basically need Sinopec deal to cement and confirm that Sinopec orders are flowing through for 35,000 outlets distribution. Then we will see $0.500 very quickly.
