Communication or lack thereof and not EPA delays is greatest source of frustration for most shareholders. Negative sentiment is contagious, especially when we're relying on redacted EPA docs for clues re: progress.
We all know that this stock will turn the corner quickly as soon as the EPA progresses. In the meantime we have the choice to wait for the tide to turn or sell out!
