    Few months ago I emailed the company asking about EPA risks
    The answer I received is this below .

    "As long as we meet all of the guidelines for assessment it is highly unlikely the EPA will refuse the application.
    We are still moving through the process.
    The EPA have had the chance to refuse the project at the stages of the Referral and the Scoping documents but approved both."
