Ironic in the context of this discussion:
Folau’s faux pas was the result of child like obedience to rules and superstitious fear of disobedience.
To take kingpins point, the RC Church, and the secular rulers it was in league with, used this fear for money and power.
Current civil society has decided which rules represent today’s morality norms, and it sure ain’t those of religious fundamentalists. Is it not a good thing that money and power in Australia largely don’t support Folau’s brand of morality?
