Agree... and thats the problem for investors we dont see away forward (money wise) at the moment but my gut (no facts) says no raise, something else will happen...

I think the CEO had planned on the SP being at 20c by now and that the options would have been exercised and he would have had more cash on hand but not everything goea to plan...

If you read his past statements, he has said they have set targets for both income and expenses (i don't have the exact wording) and reading between the lines it sounds like he thinks they are track in his own mind, but again we have no proof of that....all we see is running out of cash CR ...
