100% agree with everything you've said hcraboc - as much as everyone wants to be able to charge 5000 venues - they have to remember that with the introduction of foodora, deliveroo & particularly ubereats the margins for hospitality venues are severely hampered when they have to give away 30-35% of their delivery revenue to these big international companies.
Rewardle should have been working on revenue generating activities from the start - they waited too long. Advertising is what Ruwan knows - it's his background - it clearly doesn't work well enough with such a small screen. Not enough emphasis on order ahead, delivery, catering, universal loyalty, payments, reservations, promotions, gift vouchers - basically providing real services for venues and taking a clip on the transaction.
