Your idea reminds of me how slow Australian are adapted to technology changes----think about VCD/DVD-> VOD streaming service, think about cash->card-> mobile payment, think about ticket->Opal/Go Card->? mobile payment. Australian has been really behind technology trend in terms of our consumer habits. I reckon should Rewardle start in Asia/USA it might be a total different scenario.
I agree with you that the market is still relatively young and uneducated of this field. I doubt how another competitor will be successful if Reward as the market leader still struggles that much.
