    Agree the controlled delivery is good. The absroption rate is the weakness. Not a problem if cost of medicine is not a problem. I believe at the start it ll be a bit expensive and therefore you may want mucosal absorption 3x a day vs. One pill.

    Anyway, different conditions and degrees will require different delivery mechanisms.
