As you say the access on the PBS is limited to severe patients. The point I was making is that current thinking in the industry is that there are effective biologic treatments available and improving, cost is the inhibitor. My understanding is that they will become more widely available on the PBS and hence more popular. It would be great if Botanix has a topical which would be even mildly comparable but nothing indicates this so far (would love to be pleasantly informed by stage 2 results). If you have a look at some of the medicines in your cupboard you might find the potential side effects of some quite frightening, not to say it happens all the time, the fact that they have potential side effects doesn't stop them being prescribed.

NZ trader, I understand now you meant you couldnt believe roaccutane was approved, I'm pretty sure the developers were sued though I'm not sure how it turned out. Im sure google knows anyway..
