I would think a statement put out on behalf of the Cons Min / Palmary is needed prior to it being a done deal.

interesting that the bots appear to be at work and the SP is perhaps now trading at levels below what it may have been in the absence of this bid.

Cannot see any reason to walk away at this stage...will wait for the cheque or further news at this point.

Still believe (hope) that the words "in the absence of a better offer" may be relevant.
