my agent have been kept on sending me so called suggested Buy analysis report on MFG for quarters. Based on my dozen of years experience with them, it marks a big "red" alert on it.
meanwhile China's property bubble meltdown is not over yet - my judgement is 2022 would be worse - folks ,be careful about MFG.
