    i must say i had a bit of a wry smile when i read Terry's disclosure of "inadvertent" sale of shares since he's part of top management and would have been part architect of the ADR buy-back and scheme cancellation!

    sure doesnt bode well for management awareness and attention to detail if the term "inadvertent" were truly honest and accurate. surely they could have chosen a much more suitable word/term to use
