Skol, I know you like to call gold's decent as an implosion however let me please school you in a bit of Gann theory. I acknowledge that you have called 900 gold and that is a fair call as 50% of an all time high is a major level of support. However, Gann has famously theorised that should that level not be broken in any retracement then the uptrend is still strong and has potential. We have come as low as 1040, which is 140 off the 900 level. Yes, gold has retraced, however implosion is such a strong word given the macro fundamentals and this heartening bit of technical theory.

I can understand why you get so fervent when it comes to scaring goldbugs because goldbugs do get excited when turmoil occurs and this may be perceived as sleezy or maybe even evil, but you must remember that goldbugs do not create the turmoil.
