SAU are in negotiations with MLX for big pit senario. If you have a real quick skim. The investor presentation shows stage one and two, if big pit remove 11 million for UG capex on budgeted ounces , lower Aisc ,look at drill density at lower levels, higher grade as you get deeper. Looks pretty good. Take into account all of the above with grade cut off at $1400 in PFS and potential cash gen at $1500 to $1600. Stacks up alright.
Metric to look at cash flow to market cap and be aware MLX are paying for nearly everything in a 50/50 split.

I haven't heard of WCN but will be sure to check it out.
Have a look at the thread and SAU website as couple of decent broker reports.
