Just my own personal thoughts as follows:
a) I'll qualify first by stating that I'm buying (AXM) atm
b) I think there are still plenty of legs left in this (AXM) Wiluna mining venture long term
c) Gold is on a long term uptrend against a persistently declining and weakening U.S. Dollar
d) The Capital raising/Rights issue is fully underwritten meaning that every dollar hoped for is guaranteed to exist (regardless what shareholders from Main Street do ie. whether they participate or not).
e) Further opportunities are presenting (at ground floor level) as a result of holding AXM Shares ie. New IPO float just announced as well as AXM exposure to other ventures/publicly listed company's via substantial shareholding.
f) I remember a stock called "Dalrymple" that started out as a penny and ended up being sold to Lion Ore for around $2.00 a share in the end - the irony being that the same Mark Ashley (C.E.O.) was the man in charge of Dalrymple at the time, and the same Mark Ashley (C.E.O.) later became the main man in Australia for Lion Ore - a huge Canadian Company on the World stage at the time. He has got his own money in this (AXM) as well and I don't believe failure is in his vocabulary as far as he or AXM is concerned.
g) What has happened has happened and the stock (SP) has been quite correctly butchered as a result of past mistakes, decisions and circumstances etc. etc. - but in the world we live in today no one would back a company like AXM (at any price) if there was not a 99.9% chance that the previous problems experienced were on the way to being overcome and that there was going to be a very big silver lining for those involved (Patersons and clients) down the track.
h) Right now I'm listening more and more to what is not being said (by anyone) rather than what is being said by most.
i) And if it all comes off a rather large Share consolidation plan in the future can take care of any amount of shares on issue - however extreme it may seem to be.
j) The end result being Debt Free, Money in the Bank and with guaranteed mill feed ore from four separate locations (all with good grades) and exposure to an ever increasing Gold Price moving forward are all reasons to be cheerful in my book - depending of course on what ones average entry price is ......... hence why I am now buying in at these levels.
* Would welcome other peoples thoughts on the subject.
