well with VMT, CLT and AV1 I’ve made back 106k the last 8 months and with RNT I’m currently up 170k so I’m already back in the green. The decision I need to make is, how many gains do I want this FY.
Did you know that if you make 250k in one year (income + capital gains), you can’t make concessional super contributions in that year? That surprised me one year when I went of that 250k (due to a large capital gain) and had to pay back the tax concessions I was given (15% tax vs 30% on concessional contributions).
