The agents/landlord I assume. In the renting industry, one of the big problems is people delay their payment which would always cause issues for the business side. If RentPay allows the renters to delay a few weeks to pay but still manages to pay the business on time, the business would love to pay 2-5% of the rentals to Rent.com.au as a rental $ guarantee. It's literally a BNPL (buy now pay later) case in this niche market that doesn't get covered by any of these BNPL players. If it executes well (I'm sure it will be under Bevan's guidance), RentPay will become the unicorn BNPL player in the real estate industry. It's a brilliant move from Rent.com.au!!
