LOL at the end of the day it doesn't matter who it was as they just required the capital to make a purchase elsewhere. The ASX listing rules have changed, as we know and he didn't want capital tied up for potentially 90-120 days for ASX re- compliance. However it saying that he will most probably come back when a deal is closer or once the deal has been announced therefore having to buy back in at a higher multiple
. Now we all know that it was just one individual causing short-term downward pressure we can move on and say thank you Gavin for this opportunity to top up at a lower level allowing us to all average down, woohoo this is what I call a gift
! To be honest I see this as a positive as nothing has changed company wise you just got to hold onto this a little longer than first originally anticipated, big deal!! I'm no day trader and I always go long on all my holdings...
Spoke with our CEO a couple of days ago all is good we're still close to striking a deal but nothing is set in stone yet! We should be getting an update on the investa platform next week and he expects this to be a real winner
. We are anticipated, according to my discussion to launch late this month/early next and there are some very excited things being presented to OOK at present one of which is in a similar field to RAP introduced only three weeks ago. If selected this will require re compliance and therefore suspend trading.. most of the other opportunities are within the fintech space and will unlikely require re-compliance and therefore be in order before CR8 acquisition
! Mind you our CEO is also on the board of CR8 and helped tie the recent deal over there. We are highly likely to strike a deal similar if not better than CR8's
. In the meantime CR8 can be used as our clinical study lab rat
which will most probably become pregnant and give birth to big fat piglets due to the awesomeness of the deal
Reassurance was given in that whatever is selected will / should add significant value for all loyal OOK shareholders
!
