As annoyed as I am about it, which I expressed very clearly to him:
-It's not about whether he believes in the project, it's about whether the sophs will take the risk and I'm sure most of them haven't done full due diligence and been following this closely for years.
-We don't know exactly what happened. I think it likely that he was going to go down the farm-in route and delays by gov't on the gazettal forced his hand. In his responsed to me he did mention the delay for the gazettal as a reason, though he didn't say that a farm-in was planned

I'm not happy but at this point it is what it is
